Size is definitely a feature, at 10’x12′ it’s a small house, perfect for all those shed based activities (commonly known as “sheddage”). It has it’s own electricity supply on a separate consumer unit. I’ve also installed guttering and a water butt since the hosepipe bans. There is also now a deck extension to the side as the pictures show.
