When I read this headline in my google alerts for Sheds I thought someone not affected by the credit crunch, but its Gloucester rugbys shed..
GLOUCESTER Rugby owner Tom Walkinshaw has pledged to increase the size of The Shed.
Speaking to BBC Radio Gloucestershire this morning, the owner said he would listen to fans about the redevelopment, which would see the famous stand increase in capacity from 4,500 to 6,000.
He said the standing capacity of the stand would be increased, as well as adding hospitality boxes on the stand.
It is a year since Gloucester Rugby invested £10m in its new grandstand, but the much-loved standing area known throughout the game will prove a more controversial redevelopment with fans.
