What do you do in your shed?

This is a question the Shedman asks on his great new blog Shedworld he also celebrating National Shed Week and during the Ledbury Poetry Festival

Shedman has been travelling the world for over five years now on a unique journey of discovery, a kind of spiritual quest with roof felt. It’s been a costly, beautiful, wry and amazing all at the same time, often with splinters. But the one thing he’s learned is just how creative people are, how inventive and how generous in sharing what they do in their sheds. Shedman feels it’s time he shared his experiences and ask everyone who does things in sheds to share theirs.

Thanks to Alex for the reminder

  1. The most important thing I do in my shed The Rugby Pub is Nothing. Somrtimes I do nothing in the shed with a friend, sometimes I do nothing in the shed with my wife and ssometimes I do nothing entrely on my own. I generally do nothing with a drink of course since it is a pub shed but it is a shed purpose built for me and others to do nothing.
Sometimes on special ocasions,of which there are quite a few, there will be lots of peole in the shed, all doing nothing and usually with a drink as it is afterall a pub shed.
I believe that the most important thing one can do in a shed is nothing. In fact it doesn’t seem right to be doing nothing anywhere else than in the shed ,but mostly with a drink. If I think of something else to do in my shed, The Rugby Pub I will let you know, but in the meantime Nothing witha drink of course.
    I recommend it to anyone
