The basingstoke gazzete reports..

THE deputy leader of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is in hot water with a neighbour over a shed for a hot tub.

Councillor Harry Robinson was not aware that he needed planning permission for the wooden structure in the garden of his home in Grosvenor Close, Hatch Warren, Basingstoke, even though he has previously served on the council’s development control committee.

So if a bloke on the council gets it wrong then my sheddies its worthwhile you checking as well, as I d’ont want your fine erections removed.
