The beeb is reporting another of those over priced and over there beach huts, this time in Teignmouth near devon.
A beach chalet in Devon is expected to fetch at least £40,000 at auction.The hut, near the harbour at Teignmouth, is one of a number which rarely come to the market as they tend to remain in families for generations.

I Live in Teignmouth. This beach hut is about 40 feet from a carpark, has glorious views of the industrial part of the town and gets a continual stream of tourists from the Shaldon ferry past its front door during the summer months.
