A shed for £150,000, bargin?

According to the BBC

A ‘dilapidated’ shed sandwiched between two large houses in an upmarket seaside resort in north Wales is up for sale with a price tag of £150,000.

The wooden structure which measures just 18ft by 15ft (5.49m by 4.57m) in Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula, has already had three offers.

The single-storey shed does have electricity and water supplies connected but would need planning permission granted before anyone could use it as a home or build a new property on the plot.

It has no view of the nearby coastline or countryside and the roof at the rear is covered by plastic sheeting.
