We want more allotment sheds, please – Garden News – may help

The pre Shedweek press juggernaut is on a roll, from posh mags and newspapers now to the weekly read of many a gardener, Garden News which is the go to paper for “Garden News“.

They have a nice quarter page on the Shed of the year competition, and a photo of last years winner Reg Miller and his lady Sarah out of Worthing and a call to their readers to enter their sheds for this years competition, which of course if supported by Cuprinol!

Garden News is the newspaper for every gardener, bringing you everything you need to know in the garden each week. Each issue is packed full of practical, down-to-earth gardening tips, grow-your-own advice, ideas and inspiration, as well as all the latest news, new plants and products

You can follow them on that twitter as well.

Hopefully we will get a lot more allotment sheddies sharing their sheds now, as I am particular fond of a shed that’s been built from bits of recycled stuff and is a meeting place for the sheddies, as there is always a kettle on the boil.

So here are some great allotment sheds to wet your appetite, maybe even Garden News columnists Carol Klein and BBC Radio 2’s and fellow Welsh man Terry Walton will share their sheds?
