I had a sheddie five minutes on the Radio today, talking about sheds, for Radio Leeds the premise for the interview was about things blokes get upto, so I just bored them about readersheds and you the sheddie.

But they did give me an insight into a great site about tractors which I have not seem before, but they Love Tractors like we love sheds

I think the radio people were saying that there were odd stuff out there on the interweb, no idea where they come up with that assumption.

Anyway if any of the radio listeners did hear me, I had a cold but did not manage to get in a plug for Shed Week 2009 or that we want you to “Share your sheds” for it.

Mandy from the Forge and Flagon pub shed told me about their Radio show.

We went on air last night (sunday), it was a big hit. We will be on air for the next 3 Sunday nights from 8 till 9.

We also have sponsorship for the show from Bells Brewery who is kindly donating beer to all of the musicians that are playing for the show in return for a beer ad on the Show, and ASDA Collegues Circle are also sponsoring the Show

I was on the Manchester Rawk radio 106.1 Rock Radio this morning talking to their DJ the Moose.

thanks for the opportunity, but they did not play any Rory Gallagher , any way as the future of Planet Rock is in doubt I think I will listen online to Rock Radio for the moment as it does cover the classics.

I was on the Afternoon Show with DJ Joe Talbot over at BBC Southern Counties Radio.

Talking about sheds of course, hopefully we can get a few more sheddies from the Surrey and Sussex areas.

I was surprised to be asked, as the I thought the shedwagon for Shed week would not start until next month, but the show was looking at British-ness and they immediately though of sheds! which are very British!, but of course we welcome sheddies from all over the world here on readersheds.co.uk
