Hello Shedloads,

Not sure if this finds you a bit late. I don't have experience of these sheds (did mine from scratch), but by the looks of it the shed is built with a frame that has the cladding pinned to it from the outside. This means that from inside you'll have large squarish sections you can put your insulation in (ie between the framework). I used 5cm/2" polystyrene for my shed and its worked out okay so far this Winter. All you need to do then is to clad the inside of you shed with whatever you choose. Personally I used 12mm MDF for mine, but you could use plasterboard or t&g or ply or whatever!
