Nice interview with Kathryn Ferry on the blog. I like that she chose Felixstowe as the ultimate beach hut location. I love the Suffolk coast and if it wasn’t too posh not to have them I’d choose to have one at Aldeburgh. And this is my first problem with beach huts: you can’t separate them from their place: like Southend-on-Sea and Brighton, beach huts are both naff and camp. Felixstowe’s an honest choice.
