Hello,
I have been in touch with Uncle Wilco about many of the sheds featured
on the website. I am currently working for Real Life Media, an
independent production company based in Leeds.
This year we’ve been making short films for BBC1’s The One Show. We
made a small series of short films (about 4-5 minutes each) with John
Sergeant exploring the English fascination with lawns. They went out a
couple of weeks ago and went down so well that we’re now looking to do
something similar about sheds. Based on our early research I think
there’s a lot more activity and variety to explore in the shed world!
The timescale we would be working to is probably filming mid to late
September, so if there are any Sheddies who would be willing to chat
with me about the possibility of appearing in the show, I would love
to hear from you as soon as possible,
