It has come to the notice of our friends at The Cheese Shed that beer and cider are occasionally consumed with cheese.
Furthermore, down in their Westcountry neck of the woods there’s no shortage of small makers with a passionate devotion to turning out great examples of both.
Extensive brainstorming, use of flip charts staring at the wall, etc, eventually produced the idea that they could sell cider and beer alongside cheese . This has now come to pass.
