Outgoing Dr Who David Tennant has Tardis Envy

David Tennant has admitted he was “jealous” of Matt Smith, who will be seen taking over his role as Doctor Who next year.

Tennant was speaking at the launch of the Doctor’s latest adventure, The Waters of Mars, which sets the foundations for the beginning of the end of Tennant’s incarnation as the TV Time Lord.

The episode is the second Doctor Who special to be screened this year, and Tennant will also star in two more shows before bowing out in tear-jerking scenes.

Maybe the best doctor David can get a TARDIS shed to help him with the transistion

Of course if you think your office at the end of the garden is better than these you why not stop working and Share it.

Would you want an Airfix scale model kit shed? can James May help?

After watching the very good James May show last night where he built a full-size Spitfire out of Airfix with a lot of help mind you.

james-may

James takes model aeroplanes to a new level when he tries to make a full-size Spitfire out of Airfix. The venture soon hits problems when it becomes clear the giant 36-foot pieces may not be strong enough, and nobody knows how they will fit together.

I wonder if you could do something simliar with a garden shed? big one piece airfix type shed kits? I know he builds a house out of lego (but they are made for that) so shed companies please let us know if possible!!!

also I wonder if James may would be a good shed judge, if only he would read this?

Sheddie turns his shed into Brewery – has to pay duty

The metro reports

When a real ale lover made a tipple for his friends, little did he know that he’d be forced to register himself as a brewery.
Shields-beer
Robert Shields, who produces 100 pints a month, decided to start charging friends six months after he started brewing.

But before selling the home-made Moorlands and Runnymede bitters, he was told to convert his shed into a bonded warehouse and apply for two licences.

Her Majesty’s Revenue and Custom’s guidelines added he must pay 20p duty a bottle, measure how much alcohol is in his beer and record how much malt he buys.

of course when I finally get my shed brews done – it wont be of demonstrable quality to sell!
