Seafront hut on market for 280k

According to the metro (nothing on their website yet), A tiny seafront chalet has gone on the market for £280,000, Its one bedroom timber hut in West Bexington, Dorset.
Its only 17ft by 15ft, big enough for a bunk bed, tiny kitchen and bathroom.
